UK Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the United Kingdom only.

Shipping: Free on all UK orders.

Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days from the date your order is dispatched.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days.

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).

Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to Royal Mail, severe weather, or other circumstances outside of our control. If this happens, we’ll always do our best to keep you informed.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. CapCerti cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete address details provided at checkout.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
